I'm Christian Wybaux — trained in France and in London with Raymond Blanc's company, and a Costa del Sol restaurateur for ten years before moving into private dining. Today I bring a full restaurant experience into your villa, holiday rental or yacht: I plan a bespoke menu with you, shop for fresh local ingredients on the day, cook and plate every course on-site, serve your table, and leave the kitchen exactly as I found it.
