Fine Dining Private Chef on the Costa del Sol
A restaurant tasting menu, cooked and served in your own villa — course by course, exactly as it would arrive in a fine-dining dining room.
Looking for a fine-dining private chef for a villa dinner, an anniversary or a special celebration on the Costa del Sol? I'm Christian Wybaux — a chef who trained in France and spent nine years across some of London's finest kitchens before running my own restaurant on this coast for a decade. Today I bring that same standard of cooking directly to your table, from Marbella and Puerto Banús to Estepona, Sotogrande, Málaga and Benalmádena.
A fine-dining evening with me is not a tray of food left in the kitchen. It is a proper multi-course tasting menu, plated with care and served to your table one course at a time — the kind of meal you'd travel for, without leaving the house you're staying in.
The Experience
A tasting menu, built around your table
We design the menu together — five, six or seven courses, the way you'd like the evening to flow. It usually opens with canapés and a glass of something cold, moves through a sequence of starters, fish and meat courses, and finishes with dessert and petits fours with coffee.
Everything is cooked fresh in your kitchen on the day and plated individually. I serve each course myself, explain it if you'd like, and keep the pace relaxed so the evening belongs to you and your guests — not to the kitchen.
What's Included

Wine suggestions to match each course, with a sommelier and service staff arranged on request.
Full table service
Each course cooked, plated and served to the table in sequence — then the kitchen left spotless.
Why the food holds up
Trained for this kind of cooking
Fine dining is where I came from. I trained in France from the age of fourteen, then spent nine years in London working across Raymond Blanc's Maison Blanc, Soho House, Alfred's Private Club in Mayfair and the historic Rules Restaurant in Covent Garden, rising to Head Chef. I then moved to the Costa del Sol and ran my own restaurant, Lime and Lemon in Benalmádena, for ten years.
That background is the reason a tasting menu in your villa tastes like one from a restaurant kitchen — the technique, the timing and the plating are the same. What's different is the setting: no booking, no driving home, just an exceptional meal where you're already relaxed.

FAQ
Fine dining — common questions
A fine-dining evening is a multi-course tasting menu cooked and plated to restaurant standard, with each course served to the table in sequence — not platters left out. Menus are designed course by course around your table, often with canapés to start and petits fours to finish, and I can arrange wine pairings and service staff.
Most fine-dining menus run to five, six or seven courses, plus canapés and petits fours. We design the length together based on the occasion and the pace you'd like for the evening.
Yes. I can suggest wines to match each course, and a sommelier and additional service staff can be arranged on request for larger or more formal dinners.
A standard domestic kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge space and a work surface is enough for most menus. If I see photos or visit beforehand, I'll confirm what's needed and bring any specialist equipment myself.
Not at all. Anniversaries, proposals and milestone birthdays are popular, but many guests simply want one exceptional evening during a villa holiday — a tasting menu is just as welcome on an ordinary night.
